Piles or Hemorrhoid have become a common health problem among people these days. This problem occurs when the veins around your anus and rectum become swollen. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily helps your digestive system to work smoothly, which softens your stool, so that you do not have trouble defecating. You should drink 1 glass of lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach. Doing this will do two things (1) It will soften your stool, which will make it less difficult for you to defecate. (2) Lukewarm water will create pressure in your stomach, so you will not have to strain much while defecating. This will help in curing your piles.
3. Bath with lukewarm water (sitz bath):
Lukewarm water can play an important role in reducing the problem of piles. For this, you have to take lukewarm water in a tub, then you have to sit in that water after removing the clothes, which will warm the veins of your anus, as a result, your swelling reduces and you get relief from the pain and itching of piles. This is called a sitz bath. You have to sit in the tub for 10-15 minutes. You should do this 2-3 times a day, especially after bowel movement.
Note: After taking a sitz bath, it is very important to apply any type of moisturizer, lotion or oil on your buttocks. After taking a sitz bath, your skin becomes dry, due to which you may also start itching there.
4. Consumption of curd and buttermilk:
Curd and buttermilk are rich in probiotics, which help in keeping the digestive system healthy. Consuming a cup of curd or buttermilk daily improves your digestive system and relieves your piles symptoms.
5. Triphala Churna:
Triphala Churna is an Ayurvedic medicine, which is helpful in relieving constipation and digestive problems. Taking it with lukewarm water before sleeping at night improves digestion and provides relief in piles.
6. Home Exercises:
